You can easily add a product to your shopping cart by clicking the pink button with the shopping cart icon. You can then place your order by selecting 'Proceed to checkout' in your shopping cart. Ordering is even quicker if you already have an account with us. Your name and address are already stored in our system.

When you place an order, it is automatically processed immediately in our warehouse.

Therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been completed.

Please always check your details (address, products, quantities) carefully before confirming your order.

You will automatically receive your invoice by email after placing your order. Can’t find the invoice or didn’t receive it? Please complete the form at the bottom of this page and we will send the invoice again. Have you created an account (before or after your order)? Then you can also easily find your invoice in your account.

Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom where you can view the lamp.

At Lampgiant you can pay using the most common payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Amex and PayPal.
