The delivery time is shown on our website for each lamp. Your lamp will be delivered within the stated delivery timeframe. Once you have placed your order, you will receive regular updates as well as a link to track your shipment.

You can collect your parcel at a nearby DPD pickup point. Once your parcel has arrived at the pickup location, you will receive a notification and can collect it at a time that suits you.
It is not possible to collect your parcel from our office.

For orders under €70, a shipping fee of €6.99 applies.
Shipping is free for orders over €70.

Has your parcel not been delivered or has it gone missing? Please contact our customer service via the form below. We kindly ask you to contact us within 5 days after the parcel was not delivered or went missing.
