Frequently Asked Questions

On each product page you’ll find the expected delivery time for that specific product. We expect your order to be delivered within this timeframe.

After you place your order, we’ll keep you informed by email. You’ll receive an order confirmation with your invoice, and a track & trace link as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Have you ordered multiple products with different delivery times? We will try to deliver your order in one shipment. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a track & trace link so you can follow your delivery.

For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €7.99 applies.
Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Delays can sometimes occur during transport. Has your parcel been dispatched more than 3 working days ago and the status hasn’t been updated? If so, please contact the carrier for the most up-to-date information.

Still not received anything after 5 working days? Please contact us via the form below.

Has your parcel not been delivered, or has it gone missing? Please contact our customer service within 5 days via the contact form below.

If you’re not at home at the time of delivery, in many cases the parcel will be taken to a parcel shop/pick-up point. Sometimes the driver will attempt delivery at your address again, but this is not always the case.

Any delivery instructions for your address can be passed on to the carrier once you have received the track & trace information.

You can collect your parcel from a nearby DPD pick-up point. As soon as your parcel arrives there, you’ll automatically receive a notification, after which you can collect it at a time that suits you.

Please note: it is not possible to collect your order from our office or warehouse.

Haven’t received an order confirmation? First check whether the email has ended up in your spam or junk folder. It can sometimes take a few minutes for the confirmation to come through.

Still nothing after 30 minutes? Please contact us via the contact form at the bottom of this page. We will resend the confirmation immediately.

Once you have placed an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. When your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. This allows you to see exactly where your order is. Your order will be delivered once everything is in stock. You can find the delivery time on the website on the relevant product page.
