What are 3-step dimmable lamps?

3-step dimmable bulbs switch between three fixed brightness levels—100%, 50%, and 25%—using your regular wall switch (no special dimmer needed):

- First ON → lamp lights at 100%.
- Toggle OFF → ON again → 50%.
- Toggle OFF → ON again → 25%.

If you don’t toggle immediately, the lamp remembers the last setting the next time you switch it on. It’s the simplest way to get adjustable light without installing a separate dimmer.

Why choose dimmable lighting?

With dimming, one lamp can be both functional task light and cozy mood light. For example, in the kitchen you’ll want brighter light while cooking, and a softer level for dining or late-night chats. Dimming can also save energy, lowering electricity costs.
