Do I have to pay shipping costs?

For orders under £ 200 you pay £9.95 shipping costs. You do not pay shipping costs for orders above £200.

What is the delivery time?

The standard delivery time is 2 - 3 working days. Some products have a longer delivery time. You can check the delivery time of each product on the product pages.

How will my order be delivered?

We will ship your order with DPD. After receiving your order you will receive the track & trace link to follow your order.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

Credit card

At Lampgiant you can pay with credit card (both Mastercard and Visa) and via PayPal. We can reassure you that your payment is safe. We encrypt your credit card details via the SSL method and this is always secured. During the payment you will be asked for your CVC code. You can find this 3-digit code on the back of your credit card, as the last 3 digits.

PayPal

When choosing to pay via Paypal, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website right after you place your order. Here you can sign up for a new account, or log in with your existing Paypal username and confirm the payment. After the payment we will send you an order confirmation.

Postpay Klarna

With Klarna you choose to pay after you have received your order

American Express

Enter your American Express card details securely on our secure SSL payment portal. The amount due will be debited accordingly.

Bank Transfer

Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email that will also include our bank account details. Transfer the due amount using our sort code and account number, the beneficiary's name should clearly state Lampgiant and the reference number should be your order number.

Can I pay my order after receiving my order?

Yes, you can pay after receiving your order if you choose the payment method Klarna.

Returns

How can I return items I ordered?

If you want to return your items, you can return them within 30 days. These 30 days start on the day your order is delivered.

Return your unworn items in the original packaging. You can send the package back to us with any parcel service you like. We recommend you to choose the parcel service which is the cheapest for you, because these costs are on you.

Warranty

How long is the warranty period?

You receive standard legal guarantee on all your purchases. The minimum warranty period is 2 years. A product must meet, what you as a consumer, can reasonably expect from the product. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Service via [email protected]
