The retro style is a style that we encounter in more and more interiors. In the retro style, the designers of the lamps are inspired by the lamps of the past.
Retro lamps are therefore new, contemporary lamps based on the older styles. The retro lighting cannot be described with lamps from one specific period.
Retro lamps can be based on lamps from, for example, the 1970s, but it may also be that you come across a retro lamp that is based on the lighting in the 1980s, when the lighting was very different again.
Retro lamps in the interior
The nice thing about retro lamps is that they can be combined well with a contemporary interior. You can therefore opt for a completely retro interior, but also a few retro lamps as eye-catchers in the modern interior are great fun!
